This release updates the Fianu Note payload to 3.0.0, adds provenance URLs, and enhances CLI and UI capabilities.

Gating
- Updated transaction payload to the latest Fior Note version, 3.0.0
- Introduced provenance URLs into the transaction result
CLI
- fianu gate command now provides a link back to the Fianu asset dashboard from the transaction provenance URL
Integrations
- Introduced Create/Edit capabilities of Instances through the Fianu UI
- Introduced Create/Edit capabilities of Platforms through the Fianu UI
Asset Dashboard
- Fianu Gate indicators now appear in the top right corner of the dashboard, providing an early indicator of all Fianu Gate statuses
