Release Notes v2.25.0 October 2026

This release brings platforms, instances, and tools into one Integrations section with live traffic and health, and turns module creation into a guided wizard. Build badges now break out each CI workflow, and Terraform can manage approval rules alongside the controls, gates, and collections they govern.

Notable Changes

CLI update to v1.9.79
Terraform provider update to v0.6.0

Core Features

UI / Integrations / One Integrations Section

Platforms, instances, and tools now share a single Integrations section. The overview charts requests and failures across every integration, each row shows P95 latency, success rate, and last activity, and a Status card names the instances missing credentials and the controls they affect.

How to Use

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Integrations
  2. Review the overview, or select a day on the chart to see its top and bottom five integrations
  3. Open a platform to manage its instances, or choose Fix on a missing-credentials banner to add them

UI / Repositories / Module Wizard

Creating a module is now a three-step wizard: choose directories from the repository’s actual tree, generate the module’s Fianu Asset Token in the same flow, and review before you create. Leaving the wizard before a token is generated leaves nothing behind.

How to Use

  1. Open a repository and navigate to Settings > Modules
  2. Choose New Module, then select directories from the tree
  3. Generate the token, review the overview, and create the module

UI / Compliance / Workflow Badges

The Build control now keeps one attestation per GitHub Actions workflow on a commit. Its badge opens a Summary of every workflow, “N of M workflows pass on this commit”, and a selector in the dialog title moves between workflows without closing it.

How to Use

  1. Open a repository’s compliance grid and select the Build badge
  2. Review the Summary, or select a workflow row to open its attestation
  3. Switch workflows from the title menu or with the arrow keys

Terraform / Approvals / Approval Rules

fianu_control, fianu_gate, and fianu_collection accept ordered approval rules through detail.approvals. Rules can count prior requests per asset, so a control can auto-approve the first exception for an asset and CVE and send repeats to the owner.

Benefits include:

  • Approval routing is reviewed and deployed with the entity it governs
  • Leaving detail.approvals unset keeps existing rules; an empty list clears them

Other Improvements

  • The repository branch picker lists branches that hold Fianu commits, searches on the server, and loads more as you scroll
  • Retry and Replay are offered only on the latest attestation
  • Application and repository lists in the repository sidebar open inline
  • The Unassigned Assets page uses the organization header
  • The billing sidebar shows your current plan
  • Refreshed icons and sidebar navigation
  • General UI/UX improvements
  • Performance enhancements
  • Bug fixes
